Mosino allows property managers to use the onboarding tools to set up a process for all check-ins for better control. Electronic signature and payment methods can be added as part of the check-in procedures.

Secure Visitor Management and Access

Mosino offers better tools to manage incoming and potential new tenants, including complete schedule of management. Residents can schedule the tours online, via the mobile app, web plugin, or by calling the property managers. Visitors will receive a QR Code or simple 6-digit code that they can use to enter the property. Each access can be configured to expire after a specific time. Each visit, entry, and request is logged to ensure proper safety.

Once the self-guided tour is completed, the system will automatically start a new lease request to automate the next step.

New Residents Onboarding

Mosino offers better visitor and parking management, controlled by the building and managed by residents themselves. Residents can create visitor passes within the app as well as providing parking options, and visitors will receive a QR Code and or simple 6-digit code that they can use to enter the property. Each access can be configured to expire after a specific time and the resident can assign various access such as gym, pool, or others. Each visit, entry, and request is logged to ensure proper safety.

Secure Visitor Management and Access

Visitors can present selfies, SSN, driver's license or other info to get a real-time verification. Mosino currently using Stripe and Plaid to accomplish this process. More is coming soon.
