Mosino offers better visitor and parking management, controlled by the building and managed by tenants themselves. Tenants can create visitor passes within the app as well as provide parking options. Visitors will receive a QR Code or simple 6-digit code that they can use to enter into the property. Each access can be configured to expire after a specific time and the resident can assign various accesses such as gym, pool, or other areas. Each visit, entry, and request is logged to ensure proper safety.

Tenants can directly report any issues from the app. Each request creates a ticket, which the staff or a 3rd party company can use to manage the issues. Bi-directional communication allows the tenants to be aware of the status of their requests. Automatic access is granted to each apartment if the tenants opts in, which removes the need for staff to manage the access. The real-time analytics is available to ensure all operations are running smoothly. Tenants feedback option allows management to measure their satisfaction.

Each booking that requires payment can be made directly from the application itself. If electric doors are connected to each room/area, automatic keys can be generated for each reservation. The keys are removed once the reservation is completed.
